15 min Ayurveda Consultation - FREE

I will meet with you to learn about your current health concerns and short-term and long-term goals and determine if a full consultation is necessary. I will also provide a general overview of Ayurveda and its incredible benefits.

1 hour Ayurveda consultation - $150

We will assess your current mental and physical health state and address your primary concerns. I will then determine your unique dosha balance, identify any current imbalances, and then create a customized protocol of recommended diet, exercise, and herbs (if necessary) to help you come back into balance and live life as your best self.

30 min Ayurveda follow-up - $50

After 2 weeks or 30 days, we will meet again and see how you're feeling with the recommended protocol. We will make any adjustments if necessary.

45 min Energy Healing Session - $85

We will discuss your current physical and mental state and address your primary concerns. I will then conduct a therapeutic energy healing session to re-align your chakras and ease any discomfort you may be having.
